To say that Joanna Newsom's Ys album has been warmly received would be a grand understatement. It has rightly been procaimed as a masterpiece of beauty and invention and although not even yet released it is already a hot favourite for many as the album of the year.

She returns to Glasgow after her breathtaking show at the Grand Ole Opry nearly two years ago. This time augmented by a 32 piece orchestra (Northern Sinfonia) which will all add to a fantastic and special evening.
